R&R Cleaning Co. (“we,” “us”) is a residential and real-estate cleaning company serving North Metro Atlanta. This policy explains what we collect when you use rr-cleaning-co.netlify.app, book a clean, or text with us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Quote and booking details: service type, home size, bedrooms, bathrooms, add-ons, zip code, name, phone, email, service address, preferred date, arrival window and any notes you leave (for example a gate code).
Contact messages: name, email, phone, whether you are a homeowner, Realtor, property manager or other, and your message.
Applications: the information in the careers form, your references and your resume.
Photos: before-and-after photos of the areas we clean, taken by the cleaner and sent to you. We avoid people, mail and documents in frame.
Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed). If analytics are enabled we use Google Analytics with IP anonymization.

How we use it

To price, schedule, confirm and perform your cleaning.
To send you appointment texts and emails (see the SMS program below).
To share your service address and access notes with the cleaner assigned to your job, on the day of the job only.
To review applications and contact references.
To respond to messages, handle re-clean requests and keep records of the work.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your photos in marketing without your written permission.

SMS program: R&R Cleaning Co. appointment texts

Program name: R&R Cleaning Co. Appointment Texts.

What you get: booking confirmations, arrival-window reminders, on-the-way notices, before-and-after photos when a job is done, re-clean follow-ups and replies to questions you text us. We do not send marketing texts.

How you opt in: by checking the consent box on our quote or contact form, which reads: “I agree to receive appointment texts from R&R Cleaning Co. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.” You can also opt in by texting us first.

Message frequency: varies by booking. A typical recurring client receives 2 to 4 messages per visit.

Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check your carrier plan.

To stop: reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed. We will send one final confirmation text. You can also call us to opt out.

Your mobile information is not shared. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share phone numbers only with the messaging platform that delivers our texts, and only to deliver them.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Assigned cleaners: name, address, access notes and job details for the day of the job. Access codes are stored encrypted and shown only to the assigned cleaner on the day.
Service providers: email delivery, text messaging, hosting and file storage providers who process data on our behalf under contract.
Legal: when required by law or to protect our rights, clients or cleaners.

How long we keep it

Booking records and photos are kept for as long as you are a client plus three years for warranty, insurance and tax purposes. Applications and resumes are kept for one year. Access codes are deleted when you cancel service or change them. Ask us and we will delete your records sooner where the law allows.

Security

Form submissions are encrypted in transit. Resumes are stored privately and only reachable through signed links sent to the owners. Access codes and addresses are never placed in URLs or logs.

Your choices

Text STOP to end appointment texts at any time.
Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
Decline photos: tell us and we will still take them for quality control but will not send them.

Children

Our services and website are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post updates here with a new date. Material changes to the SMS program will be announced by text and email.
